This role is for a Business Analyst responsible for requirement analysis, testing, and providing solutions for the Global Liquidity platform. A key part of the global liquidity management program is the delivery of a technology solution for Treasury and Cash Management groups to perform their business functions. The candidate will be expected to perform data analysis, create, and maintain requirement documentation, help with testing (exploratory manual testing and automated acceptance testing), and work closely with product owners and application developers to develop end-user applications and data feeds within the Cash & Payment Services Architecture. The development will take place in a continuous integration environment leveraging tools and processes to ultimately increase the control, quality, and business value of the development team products, adhering to Lean & Agile delivery methodologies.

• Technical background and an understanding of liquidity and payment technology domain is a must.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies and knowledge
• Database skills, preferably in Oracle
• Experience using tools like JIRA or confluence.
• Minimum 4+ years of Business Analysis work experience in a Software Development Project
• Ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
• Experience in Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development will be an added advantage.
